My chrome wheel was damaged , I called Alloy Wheel Repair & spoke with Mike Zweng he asked me to send pics of the damage. Although it could not be fixed Mike went out of his way going to multiple locations to look for another wheel. Not only did he find one but gave me a phenomenal price , the wheel was like new. I asked Mike if by chance he had another of the same wheel he went back to multiple locations after work & found one. He gave me the same great price as the other plus he mounted and balanced both. I highly recommend Pro Wheels Mike went out of his way to take care of me. I am sure he would do the same for you.

I'm so mad at this place. I damaged my black chrome wheels on my Lexus. Dealership wanted over $900 to replace it. I had to use thier message system. Thinking that it was going to be a couple of days for them to get back with my but No AJ calls me right back. Fine what sales tatic and up charge is he going to do. Of course not we chat about life, our kids and I was like hang on buddy, I know your just going to butter me up to hit me will a huge fee. What do you want $5 600 to fix the wheel. Under $200. That can't seem right. OK your hours don't work for me. Wait I can drop it off. After hours. Fine. You then do it quicker then you told me. I mean I thought I had another day or two. Now I got to get a ride bc you guys are on you A game. Looking at the wheel I'm like oh I know what he did. He moved the tire to another wheel. Dang. I can't find any damage or any indication it was damaged or fixed. It just looks like a brand new wheel. Now what am I going to do. I was expecting to call up there and yell and try to get money off. But they did a great job and it was way less then I expected. AJ you won this round.

My name is Sam V I have had some wheel repair work done at Alloy Wheel Repair in Madison Heights on Lincoln St. I came to them with a road rash and my Cadillac lyric and asked them if this could be corrected. They took a look at it and the owner by the name of a said there would be no problem taking care of this issue. He ordered me a new rim for my Cadillac lyric and it looked absolutely beautiful Actually it looks so good that I ordered three more wheels for the Cadillac and they also gave me a very reasonable price. It was probably a month later did I had some damage on my Corvette 2019 Grand Sport and I have chrome wheels on My Corvette I went back to Alloy Wheel Repair in Madison Heights spoke to Aaron again the owner and told him I needed a set of 4 Corvette chrome wheels He told me he would have no problem with getting a set of chrome wheels for my Corvette. He took my order in about a week and a half later he called me to tell me that all four rims had come in and that it was time to put them back on the Corvette. The rims were absolutely great looking They did a great job with balancing the tires 'cause I am very fussy about how the car drives The car was nice and clean wh

Matt and the team at Wheelz helped repair my bent rim same day. Initially they told me it would be done next day as they work on appointment only basis, however after I expressed my need to have it done ASAP, their tech team got it done in just a few hours later. True customer service!
